Real Estate Sales Center Inspired by Tea Culture and Natural Environment

The Puer Community project is located in Yunnan, China, a region renowned for its tea production. The design of the sales center is a reflection of this cultural heritage, with the exterior of the building taking on the shape of a conch, reminiscent of cooked tea. The interior space continues this artistic concept with a tea-leaf-shaped installation serving as the visual focus and functional layout orientation.

The unique properties of this design lie in its integration of space and the natural environment. The exterior walls of the building are made of glass, allowing sunlight to interact with the wooden installation beneath the 10-meter-high roof. This interaction creates a changing light and shadow effect, adding a dynamic element to the space.

The realization of this design was a complex process that involved various technical aspects. The wooden installation, which covers an area of more than 2000 square meters, is composed of many components of different sizes.
